What is your return policy?

We strive to ensure you’re delighted with your purchase. However, if you are unhappy with any part of your order, we encourage you to contact us immediately at   contact@flowtogrow.art. We’re committed to resolving the situation to your satisfaction.

If you’d like to return your product for a refund or exchange, please contact us within  30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in a saleable condition with all original packaging intact and without signs of handling or use.

  • Non-faulty returns will incur a  return label fee.

  • Returns with damaged packaging (including broken paper hygiene seals) will incur a  handling charge, designated on a per-product basis.

  • Custom or personalized mats are non-returnable, except in cases of quality concerns.

To initiate a return, please contact us so we can organize the process with our designated courier. For non-faulty items, please note that we cannot cover gift wrap, initial shipping, return shipping, or replacement shipping costs.

We encourage mindful purchases to minimize the environmental impact of shipping and returns.

I've changed my mind and want to adjust/cancel my order

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please reach out to our customer service team as soon as possible at  contact@flowtogrow.art

  • Changes can only be made before the order is shipped.

  • Once shipped, changes are no longer possible. However, we’re happy to assist with a return or exchange if required.

For custom or personalized mats, modifications cannot be made once the order is placed. Please review your design carefully before completing your purchase.


Do you offer exchanges?

Yes, we offer exchanges for different colors or designs. To arrange an exchange, contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be returned in a saleable condition with original packaging intact. Returns with signs of handling will incur a handling charge.


When will I receive a refund?

We aim to process all returns within  1 week  of receiving the item at our warehouse. During busy periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Once your refund is processed, it will be returned to your original payment method within  3-5 working days. Thank you for your patience and understanding.


I received an incorrect or faulty product

We’re truly sorry for any inconvenience! If you received an incorrect or faulty product, please contact us immediately at  contact@flowtogrow.art. Include details of the issue and relevant photos to help us resolve the matter quickly.

Our team will work diligently to correct the problem and ensure your satisfaction.


Important Notes:

  • Always retain proof of postage until we confirm receipt of your return.

  • We recommend insuring returned items for their full value during transit.

  • Lost or damaged goods during the return journey are the responsibility of the sender.
